Start here when you want it built and operated, without anyone on your team becoming the AI person.
We own making it work. We install into how you already work: leadership first, then outward, no rip and replace. The system learns your business, so month three answers questions month one couldn’t.
Your team will have new habits to build. That’s what the training, the office hours and the adoption tracking are for. We don’t assume adoption, we measure it, and we tell you who has quietly stopped.
A monthly report, a quarterly review, and everything we build is yours. It sits in your accounts, on your subscriptions. If you stop working with us, it keeps running.

Policy and governance. The design and build of your agents and automations. Running and maintaining them as your business changes. Team training and adoption tracking. The monthly report and the quarterly review. And the documentation your data protection officer needs for the AI stack.
Not in the fee, paid by you directly
Your AI subscriptions. Your storage. Any per-use API costs. Any new tools we recommend and you approve.
The subscriptions go in your company’s name wherever the vendor allows it, so the data and the contract sit with you and not with us. Where a tool can only be bought through us, we’ll tell you before you sign, we’ll show you the bill, and we’ll tell you exactly what happens to it if we stop working together.
Clients usually end up adding one or two subscriptions, normally a governed AI account and somewhere for shared context to live. We’ll tell you what the monthly tool cost comes to before you commit, and we’ll tell you when a cheaper tier does the same job.
Privacy programme add-on
We run your privacy programme and make sure your DPO is compliant, so your DPO feels safe.
Your company names its own internal DPO. Mettle runs the privacy programme functions. Mettle never holds the DPO title.
Privacy is an add-on to Run: Fractional AI Management. It is not available as a standalone engagement. This is governance support, not a legal or compliance service.
