That’s where we start. We write down where your data can and cannot go, which tools are approved for what, and who has access to what. Then we build inside your own accounts and your own subscriptions, so every place your data goes is a place you can name.
That doesn’t mean your data never leaves the country. Some of these tools process outside the Philippines, and we’ll tell you which ones before anything is connected.
We also write down what the system is allowed to do on its own. Which actions run unattended, which need a person, and what happens when it isn’t sure, which is that it stops and asks rather than guesses. Every action it takes is logged with its source, so when it gets something wrong you can see what it did and undo it.
